Elizabeth Kunz, LCSW received her masters in social work from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. She started a private practice in 2002. Since then, she has been working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Elizabeth has extensive experience working with adolescents with mental health and substance use issues and their families. She is skilled at working within the juvenile and adult justice systems, the state health and human services system, and local school systems. Elizabeth has a particularly broad experience in treating adolescents with both mental health and substance use issues as well. She enjoys working with couples and families. Elizabeth's areas of specialty are anxiety and depression, women's emotional health, family therapy, trauma treatment, adolescent behavior issues, and substance abuse/dependence. Elizabeth became a therapist to help people navigate their complex worlds in order to live a healthier, happier life. She believes in a holistic approach to health; that all components of ones' life are interrelated.
Elizabeth is nationally credentialed in child parent psychotherapy. She is certified in triple P and collaborative family law. Elizabeth is also a qualified license supervisor.
In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, yoga, gardening and traveling.
